Meet Dr. Lyndsey

When you come into my office, I’m not just focused on your diagnosis or the medications you’ve been prescribed. I’m interested in your story. When did you first notice things changing? What have you already tried? What makes your symptoms better or worse? What does your day-to-day life actually look like?

I believe curiosity creates space for clarity. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I want to understand what may be contributing to them in the first place. Together, we ask questions, look for patterns, and connect the dots. This approach has been shaped by my training and practice in naturopathic medicine, and it’s something I’m continually learning from and excited to share with my patients.

I completed my Bachelor of Science degree and Leadership in Environmental Sustainability Certificate at Thompson Rivers University in my hometown of Kamloops, BC. I then went on to complete my four-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine diploma at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, where I was awarded the Academic Excellence award for graduating at the top of my class.

I love the mountains, lakes, ocean, and strong sense of community that the Comox Valley offers, which naturally drew me here. When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me playing soccer, snowboarding, mountain biking, or reading a book at home.

As a naturopathic doctor, I value the time I have to sit down with you and truly listen to your health concerns. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan that fits your lifestyle. My goal is to meet you where you are and work with you to improve your health so you can feel your best in your daily life.
